Dr. Suresh Joshi, Chairman of TAABAR Society, holds a Master Degree in Preventive and Social Medicine from University of Rajasthan. After teaching for over about ten years at SMS Medical College and IIHMR, Jaipur, he moved to UNICEF, India Country Office. For almost two decades, he has contributed towards Policy design, planning (micro planning), program implementation including supply and financial management, monitoring and evaluation of large scale child survival and maternal health care program in the State of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat. He has designed training programs for health managers and frontline supervisor and workers using adult learning principals. He contributed extensively in Child health and Nutrition Programming at community level. Presently, he is teaching at Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. The organization is always grateful to him for providing valuable support and guidance in each and every concern.

Dr Sanjana Brahmawar Mohan, Vice President of TAABAR Society. She is a pediatrician by profession. She has done MD (Pediatrics) from SMS Medical College in 1996. Dr Sanjan Mohan is pursuing advanced training in Epidemiology from “London school of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine”. She has been served as Medical Officer in Department of Pediatrics with RNT Medical College Udaipur, Program Officer with State Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Jaipur. As a Coordinator for Child Health Program with Seva Mandir, Udaipur- she led a study in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, aimed at improving the health status of rural communities using multiple approaches addressing health through different mechanisms. Also she has been served in Health sector as a consultant, NRHM and many other Govt. health projects.

Ms Shahina Parveen, Vice President of TAABAR Society. She has been serving in social development sector for ten years. She holds Master degree in Social work (MSW) and Sociology. Ms Parveen has been worked with reputed National and International organizations like Parivar Seva, Educomp Solution Limited, Learning Link Foundation & Action Aid India. She is associated with Taabar since its inception and providing her best support in organizational development. She is handling the responsibility of documentation for the organization.

Mr. Pramod Bhasin, Treasurer of the TAABAR Society, has been actively involved in non-profit sector for more than 40 years. Mr. Bhasin a man of devotion and dedication, always eager to serve for humanity with kind heart and pleasant personality. We can say master of a soul with the paradigm of serving and bringing changes to the society. He has been a founder member of Muskaan Foundation, Jaipur and currently he is serving as a managing trustee of Muskaan Foundation. He also serves on the boards of several other charitable organizations and civil societies. He continues to benefit the organization from his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the sector.

Mr. Ramesh Paliwal, founding member & Secretary of TAABAR , holds a post graduate degree in Sociology & Social work (MSW). After completion of masters, he worked for I-India, Population of Services International. During this period, he worked on control and prevention of HIV/AIDS. He extensively worked with Truckers, high risk groups & street children. At the same time, he stayed in Mumbai. While travelling in local trains, came across with street children that changed the course of his life. He realized that there is a community who is voiceless and vulnerable to any type of exploitation and needs immediate care & protection. He decided to do something for these children. With this aim, he started a station project in Jaipur for street children. His dedication and devotion brought some likeminded people together. As a result TAABAR was founded in the year of 2007. Since then, he is committed for overall well being of the street children.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Pareek, a person who believes that “it is the education which transforms a person to live a better life”. He has done a remarkable work in education field and social development sector. Currently, he is serving as a Superintendent- Central Excise & Customs Department. Mr. Pareek also serves as a chairman of Managing committee of SSG Pareek College and Allied Institutions, Jaipur. Since Feb-2010, he has been looking after “All India Association of Central Excise Gazetted Executive Officers Association. He is committed to bring the changes by making accessible the education for poor children and supporting TAABAR for a long time.

Mr. Raghuveer Saini (R.P.S., 1998 Batch), He holds a Master Degree & M. Phil. Currently, he is serving as an Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (A.D.C.P.), Crime. Earlier, he has been served as Dy. S.P. (Government Railway Police), Jaipur. Mr. Saini is associated with TAABAR since its inception and always provided his valuable guidance and support. As an active Board member, he is always available for the TAABAR and its children.

Anoop Singh Rawat , he is implementing “Intel Education Initiative Project” as Education Speacilist, The project aims on Professional Development of Teachers from Govt. School on techno-pedagogy and enhancing student’s 21st century skills through usage of technology. He has been involved in planning, implementation and relationship building with senior IAS officials in the department. Mr Rawat shows a great affection and attachment towards the organization by giving his valuable time as and when required.

Dr. Kalpana Barotia , she holds a master degree in Social Work (MSW), Diploma in International Business (DIB), and Ph.D. in Management. Presently, Dr Kalpana is working as Block Programme Manager under National Rural Health Mission, Medical and Health Department, Govt. of Rajasthan at Gogunda (Udaipur). She has been working for ten years in Child Health area & worked with ARTH and Seva Mandir, Udaipur. She has credit of four papers jointly published in International and National journals on Child Health area and Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Kalpana always offered her help to the organization with full devotion and dedication.
