Volunteering for TAABAR has been a wonderful experience. Interacting with kids from different walks of life, with different life stories, has been a speech less experience.
My experience in starting while teaching the kids was very difficult one. Organizing them for class was a very tough job, but gradually when my interaction with the children increased, it got, easier to communicate with the children..as they started obeying and became more organized.
I teach Art and craft to these children. I set them free with colors and papers and see what they want to, and the after result of their creativity is praiseworthy. Their work gives me a view if their though towards life or their problems which proves very helpful for me in turning their negative view into positive toward life , it does not turns negative in any aspect of life.
Childhood which is lost because of some or the other unwanted happenings in these children's lives can bee seen blooming back at TAABAR..a shelter of care. TAABAR returns these kids their hidden world of childhood. I am very happy to be associated with TAABAR as it unites the missing children back with their families. |

It was beyond of my imagination to understand the pain of the children who are living a miserable life without the care and protection of families but TAABAR provided me an opportunity to come closer to the reality of the life. Volunteering with TAABAR has been a turning point of my life that gave a direction of my thoughts regarding the children's who are vulnerable. I spend time with children and help them to groom the children.
TAABAR has taken the total responsibility to groom these left out children with the love of true parents and transforming them into better human beings. Gradually these children develop an interest towards the better side of life, to become a better human being and make BAL BASERA proud of being their care takers, God Bless the Kids and TAABAR.

I am associated with the TAABAR as a volunteer and always try to contribute as far as possible. I spend the time with children and help the staff in smooth functioning as and when required. Spending time with the children of TAABAR is a heart touching experience which gives me energy to do something for them.
No one can imagine how the future of the nation is deprived from their basic rights?
This speechless community is helpless so TAABAR is trying to give voice them. Children who are living in BAL BASERA get education, personality development training, counseling, medical care and protection. I have seen the children raising their voice through Nukkad Nataks, Plays etc.
Children, who are like young flowers, unfortunately have been faded. TAABAR is making effort for then into life and I always want to be a part of this noble cause. |
