Outreach Workers and Counselor contact the new children on the Railway Stations and Bus Stands. They track the run away children who are missing, tricked and brought to the city. After identification & counseling of these children, they are provided Transit Support services and prepared for Restoration back to their Home. If children are not ready for restoration they are referred to 'BAL BASERA' Transit Home or others services that may be required for that particular child. All interventions are based on the specific situation and need of every child.

The Child's opinion is given paramount importance in the rehabilitation process. The chances of rehabilitation of these children are very high if it is done within 1 week of their entry into the city otherwise they get drawn into the existing cycle of abuse and exploitation. TAABAR strive the efforts to repatriate and reunite them as far as possible.

January 2008 to June 2009 Total 110 Children have been repatriated/rescued from different places in India and Rajasthan (Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka, Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Rajasthan, Goa, Assam & Nepal - )
