In the year 2006, a station project was initiated with the great need of a shelter, need of awareness & treatment regarding HIV/AIDS those children who were living at railway station. A temporary flat was rented and initially the start was made with 5 children, then 10 children and gradually the number of children increased that is continue till date. In the beginning due to lack of resources, we were just providing those meals and a few hours of education and entertainment. We were on road when the owner sold this flat. We are very thankful to Govt. and Jaipur Municipal Corporation, co-operated us in such difficult circumstances and provided us a hall, just near the Jaipur railway station. it was terrible to send back them to the station for spending night with the risk that they might fall into the wrong hands which often happens and they would end up in prostitution, drug addiction and trafficking. But Jaipur Nagar Nigam took it seriously and provided a hall where children could spend a night.

In the year of 2008, Mr. Ramesh Paliwal established the "TAABAR" NGO and handled this project with great enthusiasm and positive attitude. With his core hearted efforts, TAABAR got an enough space with second hall that is known as BAL BASERA shelter home which is providing immediate shelter along with all the basic necessities of the life for healthy growth and development of these vulnerable children.
